The British Council has established a new award - International Young Fashion Entrepreneur of the Year (IYFEY) - to champion and celebrate the importance of creative entrepreneurs working in the field of fashion.

The award is focused on emerging markets and will help showcase individual achievement and potential in countries around the world. If you are between the ages of 25 & 34, and work as a

  • Fashion, textile or perfume design and production
  • Fashion promotion: shows, exhibitions, festivals, events
  • Fashion retail: buying, merchandising
  • Fashion product research, sourcing, supply chain management
  • Fashion marketing, PR, branding, journalism
  • Fashion publishing, communications, website
This is your opportunity to exhibit creativity and entrepreneurial skills and to join colleagues from across the world at the London Fashion week in 2008.
