"CUSTOMER SERVICE / INTERVIEW GROOMING"
This seminar is designed to address common but salient issues regarding CV writing, interview grooming and customer service for prospective job seekers as well as individuals looking to change careers but are not sure of what is expected of them by way of resume/CV preparation and interview skills.
The seminar will equip you with the following:

• Good customer-relation and interpersonal skills;
• Interview preparation techniques;
• Articulation skills and build self-confidence.
