General manager: Responsible for Supervising other managers and staff, coordinating business operations and developing business strategies. He should be able to work directly with clients, develop new business opportunities and also set goals based on the company’s plan.
As the head of operations, the general manager must understand the corporate identity of her employer. She then uses this information to make sure that her department or division fits corporate identity and meets the goals set by the chief executives. This position may also participate in setting company goals and business strategies. The sales manager's job description: Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned market. Staffs and directs a sales team and provides leadership and management towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with vision and values. Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area and contributes to the development of training and educational programs for clients and Account Executives. |
