Administrative Assistant - INTERN
ITRUS is an IT networking, security and infrastructure company based in Tema. We are in search of an Administrative Assistant intern who will be responsible for our office space, support our HR and Accounts desks.
He/She position will grow into a permanent role of HR officer within a year or two hence it is important to want to build a career in Human Resource Management and be ready to put in the work.
Roles and Responsibilities
Manage the reception area to maintain professional image
Handling walk-ins, telephone and email enquiries to meet set sales targets;
scheduling appointments, meetings, creating agendas and taking minutes
monitoring Client accounts, payment schedules, Complaints, resolutions and requests
Managing shared company resources between staff.
Processing data using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Office Suite
Processing documentation for receivables
ordering and maintaining stationery, supplies and equipment accessories;
generating invoices from partner price lists and placing purchasing orders to suppliers
Assisting HR, Accounts, Marketing efforts and activities.
Bank transactions and other administrative activities
Qualifications and Education Requirements
A Degree in Human Resource Management/ Industrial Psycology
Conversant with Microsoft Office Suite
At least one (1) year working experience (not a deal breaker if you are serious to build a career in HR)
MUST know how to drive a manual transmission.
