DH Industries Ltd is an FMCG company that seeks to hire an Export Sales Manager for its international sales division in the West African sub-region. This sub-region comprises Togo, Benin, Burkina Faso, Niger, and Ivory Coast. We are looking for a dynamic Export Sales Manager who is passionate about international trade, has a reputation for being a star performer, is entrepreneurialminded, possesses excellent FMCG sales expertise, provides high-end customer service, and has a thorough understanding of the industry and the demand that comes with it. Job description: • You will be responsible for developing an international strategy with a primary focus on neighboring countries, especially Togo, Benin, Burkina Faso, Niger, and Ivory Coast.
• You will contribute to commercial growth by:
1. Developing a commercial plan for the Key Accounts.
2. Identifying and connecting with the most important players in the sub-region market.
3. Active prospecting and running targeted sales campaigns.
4. Contacting your network and accordingly developing new opportunities.
5. Visiting international fairs.
• You are committed to providing excellent customer service and promoting customer satisfaction by:
1. Professionally follow up on your customers by being constantly present on the market.
2. Complete and accurate records of all sales customers.
3. Provide superior customer service to new and existing customers.
4. Track and analyze customer sales history and purchasing trends.
5. Identify and strategically pursue industry trends in fast-growing segments.
6. Identifying problems and offering internal advice about process improvement.
• You provide an excellent customer-related interface by:
1. Expanding our strong customer base.
2. Coordinating the teams mutually, in collaboration with the other managers.
3. Reporting the results and sales figures to the involved departments.
