3. Client Relationship Management: - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. - Assist team members in navigating complex sales cycles, addressing client inquiries, and resolving issues.
4. Sales Performance and Metrics: - Set ambitious sales targets for the team and monitor individual and collective performance against goals. - Utilise data analysis to track sales metrics, pipeline activity, and revenue projections, making data-driven decisions to enhance results.
5. Sales Training and Development: - Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the sales team's product knowledge, selling skills, and understanding of industry trends. - Identify skill gaps and provide tailored coaching to help team members improve and excel.
