Regional Sales And Marketing Executives
Developing and implementing sales strategies for increase of market share.
- To plan and implement local sales promotion in consultation with marketing.
- To analyze stock movement/availability
- Help business head in developing long term pricing strategy to maximize variable margin through product/ territory/ pack mix decisions.
- Have a clear focus on new channels like Institutions and whole sale market to build Distribution, Visibility and volumes.
- Work out a training calendar for all players in the Sales Organization and implement the same.
Qualifications : • 3-5 years’ experience in a Building Material environment in the same position
Have connection with the traditional key client in the field
• Solid business and commercial acumen
• Passionate, energetic and enthusiastic about delivering results
• Good interpersonal, communication and relationship management skills will be essential
• Proven track record of delivery in customer development including good negotiation skills and experience with managing categories and customers
• Delivery in different market conditions & customers
• Regular sales and market intelligence reporting
• Good persuasive and interpersonal skills
