Ghanaian customer service expert and author, Mr J. N. Halm has been awarded the Service Excellence Leader Award by UK-based Global Brands Magazine at this year’s Global Brands Awards ceremony. This year’s event, which is the 7th since its inception, recognised Mr. Halm was for being at the forefront of pushing an agenda for excellent customer service in Ghana over the past decade through his insightful articles, training seminars and talks.
The Awards Ceremony which was hosted at the Emperor’s Palace in Johannesburg, South Africa on Friday 30th August, 2019 brought together representatives of corporate bodies from all over the world. The night saw a mix of traditional Zulu performances as well as musicals, keynote speeches and the main Awards Ceremony.
Mr. Harold Awuah-Darko, Chairman of United Pensions Trustees was among the keynote speakers at the event. Some other Ghanaian companies that won awards at this year’s event were Zeepay Ghana Limited as Best New Mobile Payment Solutions Provider and United Pension Trustees for being the Most Innovative Pension Fund Company.
