According to GCSCA, techno­logical advancements were shaping the course of businesses in the current era, hence the need for Susu Enterprises to reinvent them­selves by infusing innovation into their core strategies.

The General Manager of the Association, Mrs Esther Odjawo made this known at the 14th An­nual General Meeting of the asso­ciation held in Accra, last Thurs­day, to take stock of its activities.

“The society must harness the power of cutting-edge technol­ogies to streamline operations, enhance customer experiences, and foster unprecedented growth,” she said.

Mrs Odjawo said the software would be made affordable for all members to acquire it as it would also make preparation and sub­mission of the prudential returns much easier.

Aside from the software, she said the association would intensify its surveillance and sensitisation drive to weed out unlicensed col­lectors and expose unscrupulous.

“The association continues to perform its mandate of identifying and registering unlicensed col­lectors a task that every collector needs to put their hands to the wheel to help the Regional Man­agers and Monitoring and Super­vision Team to undertake such mandate,” she said.

Mrs Odjawo called on operators to make it a point to honour their financial obligations to enable the national and regional offices to run smoothly.

She advised members to contin­ue to operate within the confines of the regulations, saying “be dil­igent in dues payment, participate in capacity building activities, and be mindful of how you carry out your businesses.

The President of GACSCS, Mr Patrick Attahokyere said his outfit would continue to train and build members capacity to foster a posi­tive customer experience.

“When everyone does their job duties with the customer in mind, they are constantly solving for the customer and working to satisfy their desires and satisfy them,” he said.
