A farmer at Pokrom-Nsabaah near Nsawam, has appealed to philanthropists and public-spirited organisations to help him settle a GHc10, 000 medical bill he incurred in treating her daughter at the Korle- Bu Hospital Teaching Hospital.
Opanin Kwasi Dwamena, told the Ghana News Agency at Nsawam that his 11-year-old daughter, Naomi Afiator, a student at Nsawam Methodist Primary School was attacked by a strange illness that affected her legs, eight years ago.
He said the girl could no longer walk to school, while his zeal to get her treated was being stalled by lack of money.
