The Sales and Marketing Executive of JL Properties Limited, Juliet Dwamena, has said the company is committed to making luxury living accessible through affordable yet high-quality housing solutions.
She explained that the company’s vision is to bridge the gap between luxury and affordability, ensuring that middle-income earners and young families can also enjoy modern homes equipped with essential amenities, security, and eco-friendly features.
“Our goal is to make luxury living accessible. We provide well-designed houses in secure communities with top-notch management services, so that residents enjoy peace of mind,”
Ms Dwamena said in an interview at the ongoing Daily Graphic/GREDA Home Fair yesterday.
Ms Dwamena added that beyond affordability, JL Properties prioritised eco-friendly features in its developments.
A distinctive element, she noted, was the incorporation of multiple windows, sometimes up to 21 in a home, to enhance natural light and ventilation.
“This reduces reliance on air conditioners, helps cut energy costs, and creates a more sustainable environment for residents,” she explained.
She added that JL Properties offered two to four-bedroom homes priced between $120,000 and $260,000, designed for individuals and families seeking comfort, security and convenience.
Subsequently, Ms Dwamena also stressed the company’s attention to security and community living, highlighting the provision of 24-hour security and professional management services.
These, she said, ensured not only safety but also a sense of organised living in their gated communities.
Commenting on the role of technology, Ms Dwamena said while the industry was still evolving locally, JL Properties was adopting a community-based approach, focusing on practical measures that improved lifestyle convenience and sustainability.
“Our focus is not only on the houses but on building communities where people feel safe, connected and supported,” she said.
She further commended the Graphic Communications Group Limited and the Ghana
Real Estate Developers Association (GREDA) for creating a platform that allows developers and service providers to engage directly with prospective clients.
“This fair gives us visibility. It allows families and institutions to see that luxury does not always mean unaffordable.
We are showing that with the right planning, quality homes can be within reach,” she stated.
The three-day Daily Graphic/GREDA Home Fair at the Accra Mall Food Court placed technology and security at the heart of Ghana’s housing future, as stakeholders underscored that safer and smarter homes are central to bridging the country’s housing gap.
The Daily Graphic/GREDA Home Fair was organised for home seekers, property developers, financiers, regulators and service providers within the
real estate and housing industry, creating a platform for the public to connect with stakeholders, explore housing options and access financial and technological solutions.
