Sekyere Presbytery Men's Fellowship of Presbyterian Church of Ghana has ended its three-day 5th Annual Delegates Conference with a thanksgiving service on Sunday at Asante Mampong.
The conference with the theme: "Put on the whole armour of God" reviewed the performance of the fellowship and pray for God's guidance and direction for the coming year.
Addressing the delegates, Mr Emmanuel Boadi Boahene, the Presbytery President described as worrying and alarming, the way the youth particularly the females in the Church dress to expose parts of their bodies.
He called on the Presbytery Council to engage the Women's Ministry to map out strategies to address the issue which he described as embarrassing.
He expressed concern about the reckless manner in which people littered their surroundings and appealed to Christians to lead the crusade on environmental cleanliness.
Reverend Stephen Osei Sarpong Sekyere, Presbytery Chairperson said just as a good farmer sows good seed, have time to care for it and able to have good harvest, any Christian who cherished good life must plan well, have faith in God and live righteous life.
He said God was aware of the difficulties and challenges confronting Christians and therefore he (God) would always provide as way out.
Lieutenant Colonel (Rtd) Sarpong, National President of the Fellowship advised male adults in the Church to be more committed to God's work stressing that God rewards good works.
