The disgraced former head of Fifa, Sepp Blatter, will attend the World Cup match between Portugal and Morocco in Russia later on Wednesday (14:00 GMT), despite being banned from involvement in football by the sport's ethics committee.
The six-year ban does not prevent him from attending games. He'll be a guest of Russian President Vladimir Putin.
Mr Blatter was in charge of Fifa, the world football governing body, in 2010, when Russia won the bid to host the competition.
Other matches on Wednesday see Uruguay take on Saudi Arabia, and then one of the favourites, Spain, will face Iran.
