Huddersfield have been fined £5,000 for "failing to ensure their players conducted themselves in an orderly fashion" by the Football Association.
The charge related to an incident in the 96th minute of their 2-1 Championship defeat at Yorkshire rivals Barnsley.
Town admitted the breach and accepted the fine.
Huddersfield are 20th in the second tier, five points clear of the relegation zone.
