Hibernian have secured Martin Boyle on a new contract after rejecting Aberdeen's £500,000 bid for the winger.
Boyle, 28, has committed for a further year on a deal until summer 2024.
The Australia international's previous contract had a clause allowing him to speak to other clubs if a £500,000 offer was received, but it only applied to bids from outside Scotland.
"It's a great feeling to agree a new deal at a club that means a lot to me and my family," said Boyle.
"I think everyone can see how much I'm enjoying it here and how my own game is benefiting from that. As a team we're always looking to improve and that's key for me."
Aberdeen-born Boyle has made more than 200 Hibs appearances since 2015, scoring 54 goals. He has also netted three times for the Socceroos.
So far this season, Boyle has scored five goals in seven appearances as Hibs have won all of their domestic matches, but they were knocked out of the Europa Conference League by Rijeka.
Head coach Jack Ross said: "He's as good as anyone in this country in his position, and long may it continue because he's a major asset for us.
"He's also a really good character, brings energy to the club every day, and works really hard for the team."
Hibs, who are without striker Christian Doidge for three months, face Dundee on Sunday.
