The Fanteakwa District Director of National Commission on Civic Education (NCCE), Mr Francis Cobbah, has urged the public to guard against defacing and removal of political posters.
Addressing youth wing of political parties at separate forums at Begoro, Mr Cobbah said persons caught defacing and removing political posters would be prosecuted.
He urged eligible voters to exercise their franchise on December 07 to vote for politicians of their choice rather than violating electoral laws.
Mr Cobbah appealed to minors who registered during the just ended voters registration exercise to distant themselves from the polling stations on December 07.
He said those minors had been identified in the district and would be arrested and prosecuted when they attempted violating electoral laws on the Election Day.
