U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Rhodam Clinton confirmed Thursday that she would take part in an international conference next month in Egypt to help reconstruct Gaza Strip after the offensive by Israel that killed more than one thousand Palestinians, Indonesian presidential spokesman Dino Patti Djalal said here.
Clinton made the statement during her visit Indonesia, according to Dino. The spokesman said that the conference would be held at the beginning of March.
Clinton has said that the Untied States would boost its attention at the rest of the world particularly on the global issues.
The Israeli troops' deadly strikes have devastated infrastructure and buildings in Gaza.
