The Minister of Water Resources, Works and Housing, Dr Kwaku Agyemang-Mensah, said government was committed to creating the enabling environment for the private sector to develop.
He commended the organisers of the event and congratulated the awardees for their contribution to the housing sector. Managing Director of Lakeside Estate, Dr Prince-Joseph M.K. Ayiku, receiving an award, expressed gratitude to the organisers of the event, and said his outfit would continue to provide affordable housing of clients.
