Obia, a rising force in Africa’s advertising landscape, was appointed Integrated Strategy Director for Central and West Africa at Publicis Groupe in 2023. Since assuming the role at the French multinational advertising and public relations firm, he has led strategic initiatives across 22 diverse markets, delivering integrated growth for major brands.

As a faculty member at the School of Media and Communication, Pan-Atlantic University, he trains aspiring professionals in advertising best practices. His influence also extends internationally, mentoring students at the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences and the African Leadership University in Mauritius.
