The International Cocoa Organization today releases its revised estimates for the 2024/25 cocoa year of world production, grindings, and stocks of cocoa beans, summarized below. The data published in Issue No. 1 – Volume LII – Cocoa Year 2025/26 of the Quarterly Bulletin of Cocoa Statistics, reflects the most recent information available to the Secretariat as at the beginning of February 2026.
Recent data received by the Secretariat has necessitated several adjustments to the 2024/25 global cocoa balance sheet. The global supply surplus for the season has been revised to 75,000 tonnes in this issue. Updated figures show that global cocoa production and grindings are now estimated to be 4.728 million tonnes and 4.606 million tonnes respectively..
