Anthony, who shares 18-year-old twins with the "Get Loud" singer, was absent from both of the twins' graduations, leaving Lopez to celebrate her kids without their dad.

On May 28, Lopez and her son, Max Muniz, were seen in photos obtained by Page Six celebrating Max's twin, Oskar Muniz, as he graduated from Windward School in Los Angeles. Also in attendance were Lopez's mom, Guadalupe Rodríguez, and Ben Affleck's son, Samuel Affleck.

Then, on June 5, it was Max's turn to receive his diploma at a graduation held at UCLA. Lopez, who was seen in images shared by the Daily Mail getting teary at the event, attended with Oskar, both of her parents, and her long-time manager, Benny Medina. Anthony also appeared to be absent from Max's graduation.

In February, a source told Us Weekly that Lopez is the "primary parent" of the kids and Anthony "defers to her" when it comes to parenting. "When the children were little, they definitely spent more time with [Anthony], and he would do what he could to accommodate their schedule, even sending private jets to bring them to see him," the source added. "But that became more difficult and more infrequent."

Anthony is a father to eight children with four women. In addition to Oskar and Max, he also shares daughter Arianna, 32, and son Chase, 35, with ex Debbie Rosado, as well as sons Cristian, 25, and Ryan, 22, with Dayanara Torres, and is expecting a second child with wife Nadia Ferreira.

Lopez, who split from Anthony in 2011, three years after having her twins, has been candid about having a hard time watching her kids fly the nest. "They're so independent," Lopez told Andy Cohen on Watch What Happens Live on June 8. "I've given them roots and wings and it's great and this is how it is. This is a healthy mom thing to do."

"I just was like writing something for the end of the school year thing for them to put in the program at the graduation," she explained. "And I just have not, like every time it comes up I just start crying. I could cry right now."
