Mr. Fiifi Kwakye who Chairs the Boards of Enterprise Life and Enterprise Trustees has also been appointed to the Group Board with immediate effect. Mr. Emmanuel Idun will continue to provide strategic support to Senior Management on various Group projects as an Executive Consultant.

I am sure these appointments will further strengthen the overall quality of the Group's operations as we enter the New Year.
