Apostle Dr. Stephen K. Amoani, Chairman, Christ Apostolic Church International (CACI) on Saturday congratulated Ghanaians for exhibiting maturity during last Sunday December 7, polls.
'Let me thank our Creator for granting us his peace before, during and after the December 7, elections in our dear country. This has put Ghana on very high pedestal among the elite nations in Africa and the world."
Apostle Dr. Amoani made the remarks when he was conferred with Doctor of Philosophy in Integrated Mission Theology and Church Administration by Oracle University College, Kumasi an affiliate of NorthWestern Christian University College, Florida, USA at ceremony in Accra.
Apostle Dr Amoani, who lauded the support offered by the international community admitted that the peaceful elections would not have been possible without the motivated prayers of believers whose love for the country invoked the peace offered by Jesus Christ to the world.
"It is my belief that Ghanaians will rise to the occasion once again during the presidential run-off to sustain the prevailing peace in the country," he added.
