A four-storey new administration block containing 70 rooms and a conference hall valued at 1.7 million Ghana Cedis for University of Education Winneba (UEW) at the North campus has been inaugurated.
Professor Akwasi Asabre-Ameyaw, Vice Chancellor of the University who performed the inauguration on behalf of Alhaji Dr. Asoma Banda, the Chancellor and Dr. Emmanuel K. Andoh, Chairman of UEW Council, said the inauguration formed part of the launching of the 20th anniversary celebration of the university.
He said the facility was constructed solely with the University’s internally generated fund.
