The second phase of special voting process progressed successfully in the Anyaa/Sowutuom constituency on Sunday but recorded low attendance.
An official said there was "no challenge with the voting process" at the Sowutuom Last Stop polling station where some 474 election officials, media professionals and security personnel were to cast their ballots for a president and a lawmaker.
"The turnout is not encouraging at all, it is very, very poor," Mr Emmanuel Mensah, the Presiding Officer told the Ghana News Agency on Sunday.
"There has not been any queue since morning and five or ten people were in the line, all of them voted successfully."
Both international and local observers including officials from the United Nations and IDEG visited the centre located at the Sowutuom police station - the only polling station in the constituency designated for the special voting exercise.
