The Ketu North Constituency of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) congratulated its Member of Parliament (MP), James Klutse Avedzi, for his elevation to the position of Deputy Minority Leader in Parliament.
A letter signed and copied to The Ghanaian Times by Francis Seglah, the constituency secretary yesterday said their MP has made them proud.
It further commended him for his rich contribution in parliamentary work since he was elected.
Mr. Avedzi was appointed as the Deputy Minority Leader of the Seventh Parliament of Fourth Republic of Ghana on January 7.
The statement further noted that he is a valuable and precious asset not in politics but finance.
“We are therefore not in any breadth of surprise when the august House elevated you to such a position, because of your rich experience you accumulated since the first day you entered Parliament on our behalf.
We therefore joined hands to express our gratitude to the NDC party and the Parliament for this honour done to our illustrious son.”
