The Commission of inquiry established by the Government in pursuant to CI.111 to conduct complete and impartial investigations into the circumstances surrounding the Ayawaso West Wuogon by-election held on January 31, 2019 has commenced work.
A statement copied to the Ghana News Agency and signed by Mr Kofi Abotsi, the Executive Secretary of the Ayawaso West Wuogon Commission of Inquiry, therefore invited the submission of relevant memoranda to aid in the said investigations to support in the effective conclusion of its work.
The statement urged members of the public who wished to submit information, statements or other memoranda to do so by sending it to the following addresses – commissiononwuogon@gmail.com, or by hand delivery to;

“All memoranda or other statements submitted must be signed by the author and bear the sender’s name and address to enable further communication as necessary,” the statement said.
The Commission, the statement disclosed would begin oral hearings open to the public on Thursday February 14, 2019 at the 1000 hours.
“All memoranda/statements should reach the Commission on or before the 20th of February 2019,” the statement noted.
