Mr Jyrki Katainen, the European Commission Vice President for Jobs, Growth, Investment and Competitiveness will deliver the fourth public lecture at Council on Foreign Relations – Ghana in Accra on Thursday the 13th of June.
A statement issued by Mr Daniel K. Osei, president of the Council On Foreign Relations and copied to the Ghana News Agency, said the lecture would be held on the theme: "Africa EU Alliance: a Relationship for the Future" at the Ghana-India Kofi Annan IT Centre for Excellence in Accra.
