Pakistan on Tuesday said the ball is in India's court to revive the composite dialogue process and resolve all outstanding issues, including the Kashmir problem.
Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi made these remarks while briefing the Parliamentary committee on Kashmir at the Foreign Office, TV news channels reported.
He told the committee headed by Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman that the Kashmir problem was one of the key issues discussed at the Foreign Secretary-level talks between India and Pakistan last month.
Differences over the sharing of river waters were also raised with the Indian side and it had shown "some seriousness" in resolving the matter, Qureshi was quoted as saying.
Pakistani authorities are examining the latest dossier on the Mumbai attacks provided by India, he told the committee.
Rehman said the Kashmir issue should be resolved in accordance with UN resolutions and India should stop the alleged human rights violations in Jammu and Kashmir.
Pakistan wants good relations with India and an early and peaceful resolution of the Kashmir issue, he said.
Foreign Secretary Salman Bashir and Pakistan's High Commissioner to India Shahid Malik also attended the briefing.
