Fourth-tier Crawley Wasps will host record 14-time winners Arsenal in the Women's FA Cup fourth round, while holders Chelsea travel to Everton.
Monday's draw took place live on BBC Radio 1Xtra, with Women's Super League and Championship sides all entering.
Crawley are one of three teams from the fourth tier still remaining, along with AFC Wimbledon and Keynsham Town.
The ties will be played on Sunday, 3 February, with each winning side receiving £2,000 in prize money.
All 22 clubs from the top two tiers enter the competition at the fourth-round stage, joining the lower-ranked 10 sides who progressed from Sunday's third-round ties.
WSL leaders Arsenal won the most recent of their 14 FA Cups in 2016, while second-placed Manchester City - who will host third-tier Watford - lifted the trophy in 2017.
The Gunners will travel to a Crawley side who are top of the fourth tier's South East region, having won all nine of their league matches so far this term.
Crawley's league rivals AFC Wimbledon will also host top-flight opposition in Bristol City, while Keynsham are away to WSL club Reading.
Second-tier Manchester United - featuring in the competition for the first time since reforming their women's team last summer - will face top-flight Brighton & Hove Albion away.
This season's final will be held at Wembley on Saturday, 4 May.
