Motherwell have not had an approach from English League One side Luton Town to speak to manager Stephen Robinson.
The Northern Irishman is the favourite to replace Nathan Jones, who moved to Stoke City on Wednesday.
Robinson is reportedly poised to talk to Luton, but he is not due back from Tenerife with Motherwell until Sunday.
He is under contract for another 16 months, and last season became only the third manager to lead Motherwell to two cup finals in the same year.
He took charge of the Fir Park side in March 2017, having previously been assistant manager and had a spell in charge of Oldham Athletic.
