Former Chelsea defender Richard Nartey is on a two-week trial with fellow English Premier League side, Burnley.
The talented right-back was offloaded by the "Blues" this summer after over a decade together, as Chelasea manager Frank Lampard seems spoilt for choice with better options available for Nartey's role.
Graphic Sports Online can reveal exclusively that the 22-year-old lateral defender is currently on a 14-day trial with the Burnley and featured in their under-23 side against Newcastle on September 25.
Burnley are said to be very impressed with the player's performance so far and could hand him a three-year deal even before the trial period ends.
Last season, Nartey featured for League one side Burton Albion on loan and made 25 league appearances in the third tier of the English football league system.
Aside Burnley, West Bromich Albion and Sheffield United are also reportedly interested in the youngster.
Born in London to a Ghanaian father and an English mother, Nartey who can also operate as a centre-back.
He is yet to feature for England or Ghana at any level.
