The Fanteakwa Constituency branch of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) has intensified its campaign in the area to win more floating voters for the party.
At one of its campaign at Akyem Osino, Mr Samuel Ofosu Ampofo, the parliamentary candidate for the area urged the electorate to give him the nod to see improvement in their living standards.
He told the electorate to expect massive infrastructure development in the area if he was voted into power.
Mr Ampofo said furniture, libraries and sanitary facilities in schools would be improved to enhance teaching and learning.
He urged NDC supporters to remain resolute and focused to enable them to stand against "external shocks".
Mr Twumasi Danquah, a leading member of the party, urged the electorate to show tolerance and rally behind the party to wrestle power from the New Patriotic Party (NPP).
Earlier on the party supporters went round the principal streets of the town amidst brass band music.
