Members of the Tema St Paul's Methodist Church on Friday went on a four-hour walk calling for peace before, during and after Sunday's general election.
The members carried placards some of which read ''life depends on peace," "Our journalists should preach peace and hope," "different tribes one nation" and "vote for peace not war."
Addressing them at the church premises Very Rev Aaron Gaisie-Amoah, Superintendent Minister in-charge of the Church, appealed to all eligible voters to t go to the poll with one aim of voting and not to disrupt the process..
The members prayed for the government and political leaders to observe peace to enable the citizens to go about their normal duties.
