MMG FOUNDATION FUSION FEST: FROM AFRICA TO CARIBBEAN CULINARY JOURNEY

MMG Foundation proposes the Fusion Food Fest as a vibrant celebration of culinary traditions that connect West Africa and the Caribbean. Though separated by oceans, these regions share ancestral ties and culinary echoes manifested in dishes like Ghanaian waakye and Jamaican rice & peas etc.

This festival will spotlight taster dishes from both regions, inviting vendors to present paired plates that are “similar but different” highlight shared ingredients, cooking methods and cultural stories.
