We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Awards Research Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of identifying, profiling, and evaluating high-impact business leaders and organizations across various sectors, with the goal of nominating and positioning them for prestigious corporate awards and recognitions globally.
This is a unique opportunity for a research-driven professional with a keen interest in leadership, business trends, and executive profiling to contribute meaningfully to a high-level international awards program.
Conduct in-depth research on High level executives, entrepreneurs, and top-performing organizations across Africa and globally.
Analyze company performance, industry impact, innovation, corporate social responsibility (CSR), and leadership achievements to assess eligibility for nomination.
Develop comprehensive nomination profiles, briefs, and justification reports to support award submissions.
Monitor business news, industry publications, and leadership rankings to identify emerging and established leaders of interest.
Collaborate with the awards, marketing, and outreach teams to ensure alignment on nominee profiles and communication strategies.
Maintain and regularly update the internal nominee database and research tracker.
Liaise with nominees and their representatives where required, to verify data or gather supporting materials.
Stay updated on global awards trends, leadership development initiatives, and recognition benchmarks.
