● Maintain an accurate record of financial transactions, including processing bills and
● Update and maintain the general ledger, recording debits and credits.
● Weekly reconciliation of entries between bank statements and Company’s
● Support the team on access and utilization of the financial system (Zoho expense,
Zoho books etc).
● Produce weekly reports on accounts receivables and accounts payables.
● Support the operation’s team with payments and collections.
● Act as a gatekeeper to ensure that processes around general expenses and revenue
booking are respected (approval workflow, taxes, booking)
● Support the team in implementing monthly closing and yearly closing
● Assist with Value Added Tax documentation. Support company’s compliance with
the local tax authority and regulatory legislation.
● Prepare monthly Financial reports.
● Other ad hoc duties related to accounting.
