Experience in the health sector is an added advantage. • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls. • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced level). • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Strong communication and leadership skills, with experience supervising junior staff. • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly competent and experienced Senior Accountant to support the Finance Department in ensuring accurate financial reporting, effective financial controls, and smooth day-to-day accounting operations. The successful candidate will supervise junior accounting staff, support month-end and year-end processes, and contribute to strengthening financial governance across the clinic.
