Description
- Prepare and issue invoices, waybills, credit notes, and VAT invoices accurately and promptly.
- Manage accounts receivable by following up on outstanding payments, allocating receipts, and resolving payment discrepancies.
- Record and reconcile financial transactions in accounting systems, including Tally, KR Excels, and Raptech.
- Monitor customer accounts, debtors’ lists, and credit terms while supporting debt recovery and collection efforts.
- Prepare reports including plumbers’ commissions, dealer reports, stock details, and other financial updates for management and team meetings.
- Support month-end closing activities, sales order approvals, and respond to internal accounting and customer-related queries
