Experience & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional qualification such as ACCA, ICA, CPA, or part qualification is an advantage. Minimum of 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably within the hospitality, serviced apartment, hotel, restaurant, or service industry. Proven experience in accounts payable and receivable management, bank reconciliations, payroll coordination, and financial reporting. Demonstrated ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and provide financial insights to support business decision-making.

Technical Requirements

1. Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, financial reporting, and general ledger management.


2. Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or similar ERP/accounting systems.


3. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial analysis, reconciliations, and reporting.


4. Sound understanding of tax regulations, statutory compliance requirements, and audit processes.


5. Experience in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, inventory accounting, and cost control.
