• Monthly Payroll Administration (including Salary payment process for all Kingdom Exim Group of Companies)


• Filing of Tax returns on GRA Taxpayer Portal (For all Kingdom Exim Group of Companies)

              Tax Type:

                -PAYE return

               -Withholding Tax Return,

               -VAT (Standard) Return,

               -NHIL-GETFUND Levy-Covid 19 Health Recovery levy Return

               -NHIL-Flat Rate Return

• Employee Personal Income Tax Annual Returns


• Growth and Sustainability Levy Computation 


• Corporate Tax Computation 


• Company Income Tax Self-Assessment Estimate (Including Revised Company Income Tax Self-Assessment Estimate 


• Filing of Annual Report and Financial Statements returns on GRA Taxpayer Portal (For all Kingdom Exim Group of Companies)


• Issuance of Tax Clearance Certificate on GRA Taxpayer portal


• SSNIT Clearance Certificate process


• Validation and payment of Tier 1 contribution on SSNIT portal (For all Kingdom Exim Group of Companies)


• Validation and payment of Tier 2 contribution on Petra Portal 


• Assisting Head of finance and Accounts Supervisor when needed

      JOB REQUIREMENTS

       -1st Degree in Accounting not less than 5 years of working experience

       -At least Technician Level in Taxation with CITG not less than 5 years of working experience in Tax Compliance

       -Proficiency in Tally ERP
