• Responsible for entering data using a computerized system such as Tally, ERP, SAP etc to maintain purchasing orders , shipping or other orders


• Records purchases, maintains database.


• Daily reconciliation of sales orders to ensure it reflects the correct amount, customer name and order number    


• Reconciliation of information on Pro forma and software systems


• Auditing of Pro forma and software systems to ensure sales orders are correctly captured on software systems


• General auditing of Pro forma and software systems to identify errors and or omissions 


• Reconciliation of transfer orders


• Reconciliation of return orders


• Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as may be reasonably expected or required to achieve the objectives and goals of the company.
