Description
Oversee general office administration and ensure efficient daily operations.
Manage correspondence, emails, and documentation in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain filing systems, records, and databases for easy retrieval and accuracy.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Support HR and Finance teams with administrative tasks, including onboarding and filing.
Monitor office supplies and ensure timely replenishment.
Prepare reports, letters, and internal communications as required.
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and provide excellent front-desk support.
Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
