Description
The bilingual secretary must be able to:
* Meet and greet clients
* Answer phone calls and take messages or transfer calls to relevant department
* Act as an interpreter and translate documents from English to French
* Organize staff meetings and manage calendars
* Schedule appointments and update event calandas
* Handle incoming and outgoing emails
* Handle foriegn correspondence
* Type, compile and file reports
* Review and record expenses
* Manage databases and filing systems, whether electronic or paper
* Undertake other duties assigned by the supervisor
* Manage travel Itineraries
