● A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration or closely related field
● Minimum Two years experience of working in a highly automated and high energy office environment
● Proficiency in Microsoft office productivity tools (word, excel, power point).
● Proficiency in Google Office Productivity Tools.
● Excellent communication skills (both verbally and in writing).
● Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
● Strong interpersonal skills (ability to exercise tact, sensitivity, ability to listen, to be assertive at times).
● Ability to work to deadlines and targets, can prioritize tasks under pressure.
● Reliable and trustworthy.
● Good organizational skills and able to pay attention to detail.
● Ability to be discreet and maintain high levels of confidentiality.
● Willingness to take on new challenge and upgrade skills via training when necessary to handle new tasks.

Description
- Greeting and directing visitors, answering phone inquiries and handling complaints in a courteous, professional manner
- Ensuring office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and working with vendors to always ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies.

- Ensuring the confidentiality and security of files and filing systems
- Handling all purchasing and supplies activities ensuring that the company receives fair market pricing for all purchases and contracts.
- Assist with preparation and submission of Tenders, Bids and RFPs.
- Coordinating schedules, arranging meetings, distributing memos and reports, and ensuring that everyone is kept current on necessary company news and information.
- Operating copy equipment, fax machines, printers, or other equipment necessary
- Booking meeting as required.
- Distribute and store correspondence (e.g., letters, emails, and packages)
- Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned.
- Generate sales leads.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Take the extra mile to engage customers.
- Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly, annually administrative and customer service activity report
- Raising invoices, inserting orders and assist in bills collection from customers.
- Any other duties that may be assigned to you.
