Job Description
As an administrative secretary, you will be reporting to management and performing secretarial duties. Processing, typing, editing, and formatting reports and documents. Filing documents, as well as entering data and maintaining databases. Directing internal and external calls, emails, and faxes to designated departments. Arranging and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events. Assisting with copying, scanning, faxing, emailing and note-taking.
Requirements
HND in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or any other related field
Minimum of 2 years as an Administrative Secretary / Assistant
Must have some accounting knowledge
Experienced with Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
Advanced proficiency in managing documents, spreadsheets, and databases

Ability to liaise internally and externally on administrative matters

Net Salary: 1200 - 1500 GhC
