Up Country Sales Manager: (Ashanti, Bono, Ahafo, Bono East, Savanna, Northern and Upper Regions) This role will be stationed in Kumasi or Techiman.

Do you have experience in the agri-business industry?
You will be required to manage and expand profitable sales within a Range of Animal Feed products through competitive selling to customers in the assigned territory.
You will be managing company shops in the assigned territories
You will implement route to market strategy for the various sales territories
You will manage customer expectations and provide timeous feedback to and from the head office.
You will manage and secure customer orders and effectively communicate, implement and execute all applicable company programs to customers.
You will actively engage and serve as a trusted business advisor to customers and distributors to drive sales and increase growth of our feed products in their assigned territories.
You will manage and coordinate distributor activities to drive growth of both existing and new distributors and achieve sales targets.
Be able to maintain a high level of service and communication for customers by a regular and consistent call cycle, both via phone and in person.
Interface with assigned management and technical service personnel to insure consistent and open communication. Provide excellent customer support for the successful implementation of company programs, and the achievement of territory and company plans.
Achieve territory growth through the development of new profitable business by building and maintaining sales pipeline of new distributors and large-scale farmer prospects in the territory.
Control and reduce selling costs through efficient customer ranking, routing, planning and expense control
Review and analyze sales and marketing data to promote sales, determine customer needs and provide accurate forecasting information. Communicate and act on trends and opportunities.
Engage and support distributors in all aspects of the sales cycle including prospecting, qualifying customers, presentations, proposal generation, Farm demonstrations, handling objections.
