Our client, a Mechanical and Electrical Services (MEP) company is looking to hire a proactive Finance Coordinator to help coordinate their internal financial operations.

ROLE PROFILE

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing, coordinating and managing the financial and accounting records, systems and processes of the company which include accounting, bookkeeping and other related financial and accounting duties tasks to support the company’s operations in the country.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Expertly handle reconciliation of all ledger accounts.                                                         


• Review and Reconciliation of Asset and Liabilities items in the Trial Balance


• Assist with the review of all daily accounting processes when required.


• Provide accounting reports and interpret financial information when required.


• Monitor and forecast cash flows and generate reports whenever required.


• Liaise with external auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring is carried out.


• Produce accurate financial reports to meet given deadlines.


• Adequately manage budgets.


• Ensure accurate processing of payments via SAP.


• Keep updated record of changes in financial legislation and regulations.
