Establish and implement all export strategies, activities and ensure adherence to all customer
requirements and prepare all export documents within required timeframe.
Schedule efficient shipping activities and identify appropriate transportation method together with our
gistics team and in consultation with the customer.
Establish business partners in African Countries and assist them to design and implement efficient
istributing strategies for customers and ensure compliance to all state and federal regulations.
Work to develop new business and growth opportunities and manage volumes and margins of products
sold to international customers.
Utilize in-depth industry knowledge to build credibility and become a trusted advisor with international
customers.
Knowledge of the details of the export business to ensure that government policies, labelling systems,
transportation and payment laws are followed.
Respond promptly to customer requests and complaints and develop solutions that deliver customer
satisfaction.
Develop and implement strategies to ensure growth in volume and value of export sales whilst serving
as the primary contact for international customers.
\Engage customers regularly to support and grow sales volume, especially within the African Market
