- Provide direction for daily sales activities effectively throughout all its sales channels.
- Coordinate the development of new businesses, retention and maintenance of existing customers.
- Ensure the management of the entire distribution cycle throughout the entire supply chain of the company.
- Coordinates the daily inventory activities of the unit, which include up to date entries and internal controls, cycle counts, and balancing.
- Coordinate the preparation of orders, revisions, invoice receipts and processing
- Communicating & corresponding effectively, consistently and professionally with business partners
- Oversees the supervision of sales team, which includes work allocation, sales growth, staff training, and problem resolution; evaluates performance and makes recommendations actions; motivates sales team to achieve peak productivity and performance.
- Maintains current information as to trends and developments in the distribution business; presents recommendations for marketing of products.
- Assists with the development and implementation of policies and procedures consistent with those of the company to ensure efficient and safe operations.
